I am in the process of setting up a business which specializes in bespoke wooden furniture & Eco Log Homes, which are pre fabricated into kit form in Eastern Europe and then shipped to location and assembled to local building regulations in order to be accepted as a fully recognized residential dwelling
My MSc in Construction Economics & Management will help me execute my business with a finer understanding of the management and economic principles involved in construction. As the course is accredited by RICS, it will open up a career pathway in Chartered Surveying which will supplement my other interests in property development.

Since 2005, I have been practising as a self employed architectural associate for small and medium sized Interior Design and Architectural Design projects. I was also involved in branding, interactive design and other related design arenas.
I was always interested in research parallel to my design practise. I published and presented few investigations in conferences in different parts of the world. My interests are AI in Design, Intelligent Buildings, Digital Planning Process and other relevant issues.
I am very sociable person and like to travel a lot. I love to design and enjoy spending most of my spare time thinking of new forms and spaces. Apart from that, movies and music are the rest of my entertainment.
I started on the CASA MRes ASAV in 2011 with a vision to investigate on future complexities in some aspects of Architecture and Planning profession.
The core theme of the research will be investigated towards 'Spatial Simplicity of Urban Complexity'. The primary intension would be investigating the scope of spatial integration towards digital planning process responding to the complexities of new urbanism.

I am the Post-graduate Teaching Assistant (PGTA) for the Environment and Sustainable Development (ESD) MSc at the Development Planning Unit.
I have a previous degree in History and Ancient History, and completed the ESD programme myself in 2010, having taken option modules in Disaster Risk Reduction in Cities and Adapting cities to Climate Change in the Global South. The 'Development in Practice' module involved a study of stakeholder engagement in Hackney Marshes regarding Olympic Legacy developments, and a researach project centred around urban agriculture and collective action in Accra, Ghana.
I wrote my dissertation on 'Environmental Justice and Mega Events', looking at the impact of the 2010 FIFA World Cup on Cape Town, South Africa. Throughout the degree I kept a broad focus on Water and Sanitation issues.
My current interests are around water and sanitation issues facing lower-income nations, environmental justice and justice theory, and mega-events planning.
