As part of the European Application Service Team, my responsibilties and achievements throughout the year included: - Managed daily operations of Regional Service Desk - Responsible for team of 5 outsourced technical resources who handled hundreds of business user incidents across Europe. - Led weekly team meetings and incident reviews - Liaised with business customers and continuously analysed and enhanced Service Desk support process - Ensured compliance to Service Level Agreement and to process - Service Manager for 3 applications used across Europe - Managed outsourced technical teams and vendor relationships - Facilitated communication between business users and outsourced technical team - Managed contract negotiation and vendor payments - Delivered roadmap of costs and lifecycle stages of the 23 regional services within our team for senior management - Knowledge Management primary point of contact for team - Created process for team knowledge transfer from retiring Lotus Notes system to SharePoint - Assisted in launch of Mars Global Application Portfolio (provided feedback on system and populated database)
