Residents Fined For Leaving Out Bins
This package was created in the second semester of my 3rd year.
It has a lot of nice edits and a graphic. As with the other videos, this was produced entirely by myself, giving me a lot of practical experience of all elements of journalism.
Independance of the Seas
The first ever TV package that I made.
It was done at the end of my first year of university.
I had to work as part of a team but was heavily involved in every element of the piece as well as being the reporter.
There is a piece to camera at the end.
News packages
I completed an undergraduate degree in journalism between September 2007 and June 2010.
During this course I opted for the broadcast pathway, which focused on TV and radio news. this involved both creating packages and presenting in both formats.
This page displays some of the news packages I produced which i am particularly proud of, with an explanation of the reasons why.
I graduated BA (Hons) Journalism with a 2:1 and went on to obtain an MA Media postgraduate degree.
NB. These packages where produced whilst training on an undergraduate course and do not necessarily reflect the starndard I can now achieve having completed the course.

Sloppy Slipper Exchange
This is a TV package I did in the first semester of my 3rd year at university.
It was used by Southampton Later Years Partnership and Southern Daily Echo.
The piece was produced completely by myself, I did everything from sourcing the story and interviews to filming, scripting, editing and graphics.
